Badge registration is handled through CompuSystems. In order to register you will need your login and password that was emailed to you. If you don’t have this information, please contact Angie Ridgeway

Hotel & Travel
Mix and mingle with attendees! Stay at the host hotel, The Paris Hotel of Las Vegas or Ballys. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the LVCC will be provided. Conference room blocks at The Paris Hotel and Ballys are currently SOLD OUT. Rooms can still be booked at those hotels at their regular room rates.

Please note: In the past, companies have solicited our exhibitors to book their hotel rooms and get 100% payment up front. We do not work with any hotel booking agencies and only have blocks of rooms at The Paris Hotel and Bally’s. We advise you to contact these hotels directly with the information we’ve provided. If you suspect any solicitations as a scam, please let us know immediately.
Tradeshow Guide & Conference App
Please complete and return your Company Listing Form for inclusion in the 2014 Tradeshow Guide & Conference App. The deadline to be included in the Tradeshow Guide is February 18, 2014. Any listing information received after this date will be published in an addendum format. If you exhibited last year, please update your listing for 2014. If no listing is received, basic contact information may be all that is published.
If you would like your company logo to appear in the conference mobile app, please provide a 100 x 100 pixel jpg or gif file along with your listing form.

Your booth space includes pipe and drape. Carpet, electricity and other items are not included in your booth package. To order these and other services, please refer to your Freeman Exhibitor Services Manual.

Go to: www.freemanco.com/solutions/mobile to download your free app. Once at show site, open the app and login using your Freeman Online username and password to get started.
There are two options for shipping your booth freight to Las Vegas.
Freight can be shipped to Freeman’s Advance Warehouse between February 24, 2014 and March 18, 2014. This method guarantees that your freight will be in your booth when you arrive for setup. Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials.
If you are unable to ship within this window, you can ship your freight directly to the show site. Your freight must arrive no earlier than 8:00am on Sunday, March 23, 2014 to avoid being charged additional fees or lost freight. This method does not guarantee that your freight will be in your booth when you arrive for setup.

Certificate of Liability Insurance
As a standard requirement for all exhibitors, it is necessary to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. UBM Live, the Las Vegas Convention Center, and Catersource Magazine Conference & Tradeshow shall be named as Additional Insured under your liability policy for the period of the show including move-in and move-out periods (March 23 – March 27, 2014).
If you do not have this coverage in place, Catersource has secured a special rate of $79 for tradeshow liability insurance from Rainprotection.net. CLICK HERE for more information about ordering this coverage.
Proof of insurance must be provided to Catersource by January 24, 2014.

Serving Food or Beverage on the Tradeshow Floor
If you are serving FOOD or BEVERAGE on the Tradeshow floor, you must complete the AUTHORIZATION REQUEST for SAMPLE FOOD/BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION located in the Forms/Brochures section of the Freeman Exhibitor Manual. For all information and questions regarding sampling, please refer to the Freeman Exhibitor Manual.
You must also have a handwashing station and sanitizer. You can rent a handwashing station and sanitizer from ARAMARK for $25/each by contacting Alyssa Rosen. Please be aware that the Nevada Health Department will be on the tradeshow floor ensuring all food and beverage vendors are compliant. Post a copy of this checklist in your food booth and use it to ensure that you are ready for inspection by the time specified on your permit application. Failure to set‐up properly may result in denial of the health permit to operate or limiting the types of foods that may be served.
Exhibitors serving alcohol must possess a TAM Card® Alcohol Awareness Credential. Online certification is available through www.tamnevada.com for $24.95
