This team builder brought together 900 students and staff from R.E. Jewell Elementary School in Bend, Ore., to create a Canadian goose. “Everybody becomes equal — one feather on the goose, so to speak,” says Daniel Dancer, director of Art For the Sky, which put on the event. “Nobody’s more important than anybody else, so that’s an important thing to experience.” Read more about team building in the November 2008 issue.
