Even some of the greatest events are finalized in the last moments, as the winner of Event Solutions’ 2009 Cover Contest proves. We caught up with Branden Chapman, vice president, production and process management, for The Recording Academy, which executive produced the event on the January cover, to find out more. Here’s what he told us about the 2008 Grammy Salute to Industry Icons gala — and what to expect at the Grammys next month.
