Event Showcase one
Limited Edition Luxury Watch Release
Celebrated Luxury Watch brand hosted the official launch and unveiling of a four-time NBA MVP’s limited edition timepiece.
1111 was transformed to host the half day, multi-faceted event which included an International Press Conference for approximately 100 media; step and repeat photo opps; innovative multi-media celebrity guest interplay and watch reveal.
Approx 4 months of planning and permitting by an international team of event professionals, 72 hours of load in and a 24 hours of continuous buildout were required to transform the space into a luxury watch pavilion and lounge for this 350 person event. The event was spectacular and received national and international media exposure. The client and the celebrity host were thrilled with the overall outcome of the event.
Event Showcase two
International Sports Brand hosted the official launch and unveiling of four-time NBA MVP’s limited edition athletic shoes. The event coincided with the launch of the 11th shoe in the series, so the 1111 venue specifically played into the branding and overall marketing strategy of the event.
Both the 7th floor and the 6th floor were used to create a salute to the mega athlete and local hero including a gallery type retrospective of his iconic footwear, a sports activity area for kids, a basketball court, a customized luxury vehicle and a retail area to purchase the limited edition sneaker and create customized pieces.
The size and scale of the buildout was exponentially larger than any we had experienced and we had to secure permits from the City of Miami Beach including building and electrical permits and signed architectural drawings. An event of this size and caliber would typically take 6 months to complete but we had a total of 7 days to secure all underwriting and permitting! 72 hours of continuous load in; 48 hours of round-the-clock buildout was required to open this event on time.
The 3 day event was a stellar success, and garnered international media attention, massive community support and enthusiasm and the chance for local students to meet and interact with professional athletes.
Event Showcase three
Tech Company – Ultimate Man Cave
Internationally known Tech Company wanted to reward their international team of top executives with a dinner celebration and reception tailored to their younger, male dominated team.
For the first time, the 6th floor of 1111 (which is typically reserved for back of house services) was used as a formal dining area for approximately 600 guests. The guest response was quite favorable, but the guests had no idea that an even more spectacular surprise awaited them.
Just as dinner was winding down, guest were made aware that they were in for a dessert surprise when they were greeted by the roar of custom choppers, trick bicycles and skateboarders all encouraging and directing them up the ramp and onto the 7th floor space.
The 7th floor had been completely transformed into a high energy “man cave” complete with colorful lights, rows of arcade games, BMX stunt bikes and skateboards, music, open bar, signature cocktails, and moving dessert tables . The Tech Team went wild, and it was was a stellar end to several days of event programming.
The event took approximately 4 months of planning, a Special Events Permit from the City of Miami beach, 48 hours to load in and set up 2 floors of event space.
